Information you provide

When you request verification for a missing model, FitsMyModel stores the normalized brand, model number, part type, request count, and first and last request timestamps. No email, account, name, phone, address, serial number, photo, device ID, or persistent raw IP address is required or stored for this request.

When you report a possible compatibility issue, FitsMyModel stores the model and part context, page path, selected issue type, optional details, submission timestamp, and a pending-review status. User requests and reports are not compatibility evidence and do not automatically change public results.

If you email us, your message and email address are handled through your email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment information, serial numbers, photos, or other sensitive personal information.

Advertising and external services

Public pages include the Google AdSense site-verification script. Google may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies or your browser or account settings. FitsMyModel does not currently operate analytics, affiliate links, accounts, or payments.

Compatibility results link to manufacturer pages and filter product pages. Those external sites have their own privacy practices, pricing, availability, and terms.

Choices and future changes

We do not currently provide a user account or an in-site preference center. Before expanding advertising or adding analytics, data collection, or affiliate services, we will review the applicable consent and disclosure requirements and update this page with factual details.
